Always finish on a sweet note 🤤
In this "committed and engaging brasserie", as it’s advertised on their website, you can dine under a monumental glass roof designed by a student of Gustave Eiffel when the building still served as a commercial court.
The decor, featuring wood, marble and warm tones is a success, but what's most striking is the impression of being in a green oasis, even though you're right in the city center, just a few steps from the cathedral.
The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is served in a flash. The menu offers several vegetarian options, but we couldn’t resist trying some boudin snacké, which we complement with some homemade gnocchi and a molten chocolate cake (coulant au chocolat). A real treat! And the cherry on top is that all products are either organically or sustainably sourced, with 95% sourced within a maximum radius of 150 km. I highly recommend it!
